Have you ever wondered why you suddenly feel so sad and the feeling is so bad until you feel like crying or breakdown when there is no apparent reason or trigger to do so? I used to have this feeling all the time for most of my lifetime until recently when I discovered what causes it and how to fix it with a very simple solution. The reason to this feeling is most likely you are suffering from depression either knowingly or unknowingly. I say this as sometimes we fail to realize what is happening to us within us.

A lot of things goes inside our thoughts and minds and unknowingly these thoughts leads to unwanted feelings causing uneasiness, worry, anxiety, stress and many more emotional issues that leads to mental imbalances causing us to lost control over our mind and body and eventually leading us to the sudden feel of sadness, loneliness and helplessness about the issue that we have been thinking of. If you have been living like this for years without taking any actions, your mind gets used to it and that’s the way your life will turn out to be. You will be always unhappy, sad and attract negativity into your life. Ever heard of laws of attractions? Once you seed negativity and sadness in yourself, you will start to attract bad vibes and negative energy more and more causing your life to suffer one after one of stumbling blocks or heartaches. Sounds familiar now or feel like hmm..this is what is happening to me ?

I felt the same until recently. All my life, I have been suffering from OCD, ( Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and Automated Negative Thoughts (ANT). My problem started as OCD and moved on to ANT. The unwanted negative thoughts just grew like a parasite in my mind and I was unable to get rid of it. I have been searching for answers to this problem all by myself and I am glad I found what is causing this problem and also found what help option is available for me to overcome the OCD and Automated Negative Thoughts (ANT) .

My research shows that the root of all these problems is our own doing and that resides in our mind, our BRAIN to be specific. All the pains, bad experiences, traumatic experiences, phobias, anxieties, regrets and worries gets accumulated over the years and hinders our mind or brain to operate in the way it should have been. Negativity gets rooted in our subconscious mind even without us realizing it, the subconscious mind thinks by itself and keeps on sending the negative energy to our body uncontrollably or automatically. Sometimes, we may get automated negative thoughts which we do not want to think about those things, but it will keep repeating and will not go away. As times go by, we get frustrated, guilty of having the unwanted thoughts etc. Those negative energy and thoughts gets accumulated and as we reach our threshold limit of coping with this mental problem, we may start to breakdown and that will lead to depression, feeling of sadness and loneliness and some even may retort to drugs, alcohol or even suicide.

But if you are here searching for answers, then you are on the right track. You are doing soul searching and asking questions why this is happening to you and what you can do about it. That’s very good enough. My search for the solution all points to meditation as one of most important practice that can help to restore calm and order to a person’s life. But meditation is not easy as it sounds or heard as told by others. Meditation is about emptying your thoughts and to achieve peace and calmness to attain self realization. If you want to test how hard it is to meditate, stop reading this now and do the following. Close your eyes, focus your thoughts or imagine seeing through the closed eyes the space between your two eyebrows and breathe slowly for a minute. I can assure you that within this minute, numerous other thoughts or mental chatter would have occurred all of which you do not have any control on it and all is unwanted. This is how our poor soul is pounded daily with unwanted thoughts and images and gets accumulated all over the years and it takes up tremendous amount of energy to battle the urges, temptations, lust, anger, disappointment, jealousy, phobias and whatever there is that can cause mental and emotional upsets. As long as we do not have control over our mind, we will continue to suffer. In order to have control over our mind, we have to meditate. But do not worry; we now have science to help us in meditation.

By using the EQUISYNC meditation CD, we can force our brain to achieve the brainwave pattern that is only achievable through years of meditation within days, weeks or months depending on how your personal condition. When I first listened to the EQUISYNC cd, I manage to feel the calmness and peace return to me within a week of using it. When you continue to use it on a daily basis, you can feel the difference and will find peace, energy and love for life will return again. Read more about my day to day experience of using the EQUISYNC meditation CD and how I benefited from it at and take heart from it and take some action so that you too can make change to your life. Live happily from today.

I always wonder what normally goes inside other peoples mind ? For me, I always have this mental chatter . My “self” always talks to me inside. When i watch TV for example, one after one thoughts and things will come and go all the time. I am trying my best to slow down the mental chatter via meditation and the brain wave audio. I am also reading a lot of books on this to discover more about thoughts. It is said having this type of thoughts is normal after all and having as many as 5 thoughts at the same point of time is acceptable per the human being conduct. The goal is to reduce this so that we can be more relax and peacefull. Please share your experiences…

EquiSync is a powerfully effective tool to help you achieve perfect mental and emotional balance. It is a meditation aid in the form of an audio that you can listen in a traditional meditation posture or simply listen to it while relaxing in the couch with closed eyes. Meditation is known for providing its practitioners with superior mental and emotional health, it get rids our minds of subconscious layers of anger, depression, anxiety, fear, phobias, and sadness, and produces a perfect mental and emotional balance. Unfortunately, not many of us have the capability to focus and achieve the benefits of meditation.

Fortunately, to achieve this benefits, we just need to listen to EquiSync . EquiSync helps in this sense as it simply sends down the required waves into our ears that triggers our brains to reacts and produce the required waves to restore our brainwave pattern to the desired level so that we can lead a more peaceful and relaxing life. Now, just go through my experiences with EquiSync since day one I bought it until 4 months later when I wrote and update about my total experience before and after using this powerful meditation aid.

As per the instructions by Equisync, for maximum benefit, the CD or MP3 of the brainwave music must be listened while relaxing. Below are day by day log of my experience in using the Equisync Enlightenment Brainwave CD/MP3 to share with you my experiences in using the EQUISYNC brainwave audio. For some reason, I may not be in completely focused in listening the audio as recommended by Equisync but nevertheless included in my log to track my progress in using this audio. It is highly recommended that you set a fixed time where you are free with zero disturbances so that you can fully focused in listening to the audio and venture into meditative mode. If you listen to it while doing any activities, you may not achieve that benefit.

DAY1

After buying the CD, read the accompanied instructions of the CD as well as instructions given in the audio. Then listened to it while lying on the couch. Fall asleep.

DAY2

I had continuous mental chatter. A lot of worries about expense and money flow. I listened to the CD. But I was too conscious about the CD. Adjusting the sound, earphone etc. Did not have a satisfying listening as still having difficulty to adjust to listening to the CD while sitting on a meditative position.

DAY3

Skipped Listening. Too busy.

DAY4.

For no apparent reason, I had a panic attack. Felt so nervous and anxious. I felt like something bad is going to happen and had these excessive worries. To complicate matters, I had to complete some work task to meet some deadlines. Listened to the CD while working even though I suppose to listen to it when I am focus on meditating. After 20 mins of listening, I started to calm down and able to complete the job.

DAY5.

I am yet to allocate a fixed time in listening to the audio. I am still listening to it while doing some work on the computer. Nevertheless, my nervous and anxiousness still lingers around from Day 4. As in Day 4, I am totally calmer and relaxed after listening to the audio for 10 minutes. I hope that I can start my meditation routines soon either in the morning, first thing after waking up from sleep or in the evenings to fully benefit from the listening to the brainwave audio of Equisync.

DAY6.

Finally I fixed a time for my brainwave mp3 listening time/meditation time to be at 11:00pm in the evening, just before I go to bed. 23 mins of listening is all that is needed. I started to listen to it and for a while, full with mental chatters. Slowly, I drifted into half sleep mode where I am still awake but the mind started to flow by its own without me doing anything about it. Abruptly, it ended and I am back listening to the brainwave audio in alert mode. Feel relaxed and peace at the end of session.

DAY7.

This morning, I woke up with a peaceful mind. I went to work and manage to be happy all day without all the mood swings that I normally have. I felt calm and had this sensation of “cool” flow of air at the middle of my chest. I started having this sensation every time I finish listening to the Equisync Brainwave audio. At 11:00 pm, I sat on a meditative position and started listening to the Equisync Enlightenment Brainwave Entrainment audio. I tried to focus while closing my eyes. Then, may be after about 10 minutes of listening, I felt something that I never felt before. My body felt so heavy and there is some intense feeling like a mild electrical current flowing through the entire body. I realized a different feeling and energy compared to my previous sessions. I wondered what I did differently this time and I noticed that this time around, I sat on a meditative position called semi lotus position with my hands were using the Zen meditative posture from what I learned from the internet. See illustration as below:

Sitting Position called semi lotus: You can choose either left or right leg on top

Hand Position for Meditation: It should be held against your navel area

I had this electrical sensation feeling in Day 1 itself but it was as strong or as significant as this. Probably I fell asleep when I fully had the sensation. My god, this is absolutely fantastic and I can’t wait for more of this. Truly amazing. I have tried so many brainwaves audio from other providers but this is truly mind blowing. The key lesson learned here is that Equisync Brainwave Entrainment audio was meant to be a meditative aid. When I used it leisurely while listening to it when doing work, using computers etc, it did not have the same impact. But when it was used like how it was intended to be, that is as a meditative aid to accelerate the meditation sessions of beginners like us, its impact is enormous. I’m glad that after 7 days, I came to realize the power of the Equisync Brainwave Enlightment audio and will continue to experience it in days and weeks to come.

Day 8

I eagerly waited for my mediation time at 11:00 pm after everyone at home including my 2 year old son went to bed. I hooked up my headphones and sat on meditative position as described earlier in Day 7 and I am glad that I manage to experience the same sensation again today. To be honest, when the electrical like sensation pass through my body, I am happy but at the same time scared as well as the feeling is totally different and I never experienced anything like that before. But it was satisfying when it gives me a feeling that I am doing something to help restore the imbalances in my brain that causes a lot of issues like OCD, STRESS, WORRIES and ANXIETIES. I hope in the long run, I will be free from all these problems by using this audio from Equisync.

DAY 9 onwards….

I will stop writing the day to day account as when I start to consistently use the audio; I experience the same sensation day in day out and the ability to achieve more focus during the meditative session with less intrusive thoughts during the meditations as well. I hope that this short day by day journal would have been helpful to you. Wish you success in achieving peaceful mind and relaxed body.

Here is a summary of benefits that can be achieved by using the Equisync Brainwave Entrainment audio as stated in the CD inlet:

Equisync Enlightment Brainwave CD Benefits

FOUR MONTHS LATER:

I am writing an update to this page some four months after using the EQUISYNC audio.I must write here that I have felt so much better as a person when I was previously. All my lifetime before, the first thing that I feel in the morning after waking up from sleep is a very heavy sad feeling inside my heart. This spoils my day and I continue to be moody throughout the day. I walk very slowly and have bad impression to the people that I meet in my daily life especially at work place. I was known as very serious and unfriendly person.

I will also always suddenly feel very sad for no apparent reason during any time of the day randomly on a daily basis. I will feel nervous for no reason and my legs will get weak and my stomach will start to fly the butterflies. All my effort in providing a solution was answered when I discovered EQUISYNC. I now know that I have been suffering from depression and anxiety all of which is due to my obsession and fear of god for all the bad automated negative thoughts that rushes to my mind throughout the day.

All My research to find a help or cure for my mental disorder if you may call it lead me to meditation as a solution. But when I try the traditional meditation method, it gets even worst as my pre-programmed negative energies and mindset formed over 30 years of my life is not allowing me to get rid of it consciously. My continuous struggles to help me out of this living hell lead me to EQUISYNC which is an accelerator or short cut to the meditation benefits otherwise only attainable after years of meditation practice under the guidance of someone more knowledgeable. I now feel happier, calmer and relaxed like never before. I am able to connect to people much better than I was ever before. From my part, I feel that the benefits I have reaped through this amazing piece of product must be able to reach many more people like me who otherwise may make a misery of their daily life. The path to happiness is here and you should be part of it also.

I hope that this short overview and my self discovery journey has been beneficial for you and I hope that you experience and gain the same reward as me to overcome OCD, STRESS, ANGER, WORRIES and ANXIETIES. I always have to ride a bicycle to school which was about 2 miles away from my home. Half way through my journey, I always had this urge which force me to close my eyes when I am riding the bicycle. It does not matter whether there is was a traffic heading towards me or not. I had to close my eyes for few seconds and continue to ride. This will last until I reach my destination. Thank god, nothing bad such as an accident happened to me at that time. I again thank to god for saving me from having this compulsion any more. What could be the outcome if had this urge today ? Closing eyes while driving a car ? I can’t imagine it…..

OCD sufferers are also well known for hoarding. I did not realize until recently that hoarding is one of the classic symptoms of OCD which I have been doing until recently. Do you know that I kept all the school notebooks, homeworks, assignments, pencils, pencil box, report cards and everything from school days from my early school until my degree ? Everytime my wife asked me to do housekeeping and throw away all the junks, I had always resisted in throwing up anything. Only recently that i came to know that this habit of keeping things forever is an OCD symptoms. I decided to get rid of this habit. Recently, when we had to shift our house, I took the oppurtunity to throw away everything that I have been keeping since those school days. Not only books etc, but also cloths from my early childhood days. If you have been behaving this way, get rid of it. Its time to chase away one by one of those OCD habits.

When I was as little as 7 or 8 years old, I had this terrible OCD habit of checking all the doors and windows of the house prior to going to bed. First, I will go to bed and lie down to sleep. Then, suddenly there will be this urge to go and check all the doors. The funny part is entire family were watching me and made fun of me, but i did not care. Then, i will rise from bed and go to each door and start counting 1,2,3,4 and 4,3,2,1. Then I will make sound like locking the door…click..click..click…Then I will repeat few times more. After that , move to next door and until it were all completed. Then I will return to my bed. After a while, the urge will start again and I had to repeat the whole process again. It will take few hours to complete. It was the most horrible and tiring thing ever. Thank god, those kind of urges are no longer there. Otherwise…I cant even imagine it as an adult right now.

My biggest obstacle and concern about OCD was something that related to the very basic human needs: faith in god and sex . When i pray to god, there was this automatic thoughts and images of sex. Likewise, when engaging in sex, the images of god and the almighty comes automatically to the mind. Slowly, ever since i started my meditation using the Equisync, I did see an improvement in this area. It is getting lesser and I am able to enjoy sex much much better right now. But having the wrong thoughts vice versa was a horrible feeling.

Recalling back those early childhood of my OCD, I remember that my elder brother had this OCD symptoms as well. His behaviours were not as odd as mine but certainly was more disgusting. He always had this habit of licking his fingers and sticking it inside his nose and then put it in his mouth again. He does this the whole day ! I am glad that he too stop doing it when he had grown up. Anyone had seen this type of behaviours ?
